宾客服务经理，直接汇报给前厅部经理，并同财务部门保持紧密联系，跟踪房费收入，出租率及前厅部其他运营数据。通过监督和管理，保证员工提供高标准的服务，并确保宾客权益的维护，迅速、及时的处理各类问题，以保证客人的满意度。作为一名核心管理人员，维护同其他部门的良好关系与合作，在授权范围内，以主人的姿态向每一位宾客介绍酒店设施和服务。
Job Summary:
As the Guest Service Manager, you are reporting to the Front Office Manager and closely collaborating with the Accounting. You track room revenue, occupancy percentages and other front office operating statistics. Under your supervision we ensure that our level of service remains consistently high and the interests of our guests are well protected. You resolve issues immediately to secure guest's satisfaction. As one of our key Manager you contribute to maintaining the best relationship with the rest of our community. Empowered to invite hotel guests and should act as a part and personal host within the VUE property towards any customers.
职责义务：
1.熟悉前厅部工作标准及程序。
2.熟悉品牌“薇”的服务标准，引导并监督员工提供高于标准的服务。
3.与所有部门保持良好的工作关系。
4.寻找机会不断提升宾客入住体验。
5. 尽可能用最好的方式代表酒店管理层处理与客人有关的一切事宜。
6.处理客人要求并通过亲自追踪，以确保客人的需求得到满足。
7.确保客人的建议及投诉被充分的记录，并采取行动避免客人的不满，以确保客人满意离店。
8.协助调查并解决客人在社交媒介上的投诉意见。
9.当有关部门的领导无法及时处理时，应协助其它部门解决问题。
10. 负责饭店夜间运行，根据具体程序完成夜间审计，报表打印存档及日报准备工作。
11.协助安排员工排班。
12.完成你上级分配的其它任务。
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Be familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures.
2.Be familiar with VUE Service Standards. Monitor staff performance consistently beyond the VUE Service Standard.
3.Maintain good working relations with all the other departments.
4.Seek opportunities to improve guest experience.
5. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area.
6.Represent Management in all guest related issues in the best possible way.
7. Handle guest requests and takes personal responsibility. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
8. Ensure that guest complaints are fully recorded.Assist in investigating and resolving guest complaints on social media.
9. Assist other departments in resolving problems when Department head concerned is not available.
10.Be responsible for night duties, in charge of hotel night audit, file night reports and prepare the daily post.
11.Assist with the preparation of staff rosters.
12.Other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
