职位描述：
岗位职责：
Mission：
Provide support to individual M1 and/or M2 level managers and their teams ( manage agenda, organize team events, book travels..)
Role Description:
Assist M1 in every day to day mission, abbility to anticipate every request and need.
Behave as a real person who "cares" for M1, will facilitate situations on a day to day basis.
Assist a group of M2 level Managers, act as the interface who will coordinate request and actions.
Set up processes and communicaties those processes toward the organization to all assiatants.
Act as a member of asistant community in order to share.
Facilitate interactions with other organizations.
Ensure continuous support for all teams of an organization (12 hours/day of coverage) through a pool of assistants in some organizations.
Ensure unified best practices cross functions and high quality of execution and services.
Share information within organization according to guidance from M1 or M2.
