职位描述：

1. Ensure that 100% of the tanks meet safety and quality requirements
2. Handle customer concerns and provide corrective action responses
3. Satisfy the Customer(s)
4. Reduce the Quality cost (scrap,…)
5. Make sure that all internal procedures are in place and respected
6. Track process capabilities and scrap in order to provide information to management for improvement
7. Maintain quality document central file (supplier performance records pertaining to quality, cost, and delivery rating, evaluations, containment activities, etc.) per supplier
8. Champion supplier PPM reductions (i.e. focus on poor performing suppliers, high PPM, SNCR’s, and Critical Issues for their assigned suppliers.)
9. Support continuous improvement
10. Must successfully complete all required training
11. Prepare the data and good/bad part for daily quality meeting, and follow up the corrective action for all 8D.
12. Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Company
• Quality Background
• Excellent knowledge of the product and the process
• Knowledge of plastic (properties and applications)
• ISO TS16949
• Excellent communication skills (customer, production, maintenance)
• Ability to work in a fast paced
• Ability and availability to work unusual hours
• Must be able to work in a team environment
