To improve overall level of commercial property, we introduced European biggest fitness branding to China, now we are seeking a Business Development Professional with experience in Fitness, Health or Sport background industry to join in our team to take charge of fitness center business development activities. Work location is in Beijing.

为完善综合地产业务的商业配套，我公司现将欧洲最大的健身中心品牌引入国内，现诚聘一位在健身中心、健康或体育领域有丰富经验的业务拓展专业人士加入我们，负责健身中心的业务拓展工作，工作地点为北京。

 

Position: Business Development Manager -Fitness Center Project

职位：业务拓展经理-健身中心项目


Key Responsibilities:

主要职责：

 

1、 In charge of fitness and sport center projects research, market research and analysis, seek market opportunity;

负责健身中心、运动中心项目调研，市场考察分析，寻找市场机会等前期工作；

2、 Organize and communicate to intended partners on business negotiation and assist to sign contract;

组织与意向合作伙伴的沟通、谈判并协助签约；

3、 Responsible for establish and maintain long-term relations with partners and officials;

负责建立并维护与合作伙伴、政府的长期良好关系；

4、 Prepare report and presentation document which are related to projects and market.

准备与市场和项目相关的报告和演示文件。

 

Requirement:

任职要求：
 

1、Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in industry of sport industry management, sport/healty or other related industries;
教育背景：本科及以上学历，体育产业管理、运动/健康类或其他相关专业；

2、Working experience: more than 10 years working experience in business development, fitness and sports industry is prefered;

工作经验：10年以上业务拓展工作经验，健身与体育行业优先考虑；

3、Managing experience of fitness center including daily tasks;

具备健身中心管理经验，包括日常工作管理；

4、Ability of recruitment and training of new employees;

具备招聘和培训新员工的能力；

5、Sound knowledge in sports and fitness industry in particular seeking marketing opportunity as well as familiar with fitness center development process and rules/standards is preferable;

全面的运动与健身行业知识，特别是擅长寻找市场机会，熟悉健身中心设立流程和法律法规者优先考虑；

6、Good communication skill, leadership skill and team spirit;

良好的交流沟通能力，领导力和团队精神；

7、Excellent command of both written and oral English communication ability;

优秀的英文书面和口语交流能力；

8、Willing to travel.

适应出差。
