香港电讯是香港首屈一指的电讯服务供应商。
香港电讯专业客服（HKT 专业客服）是一家专注于提供语音和非语音客户服务、技术支持、销售、客户维护及相关服务的首屈一指的业务流程外包（BPO）供应商。我们经营一个24小时全天候、多渠道的全球客户联络中心网络，站点遍布美国、中国内地、中国香港、菲律宾、巴拿马及英国。

职位描述：服务于世界七大航空公司之一的尊贵会员。该航空公司凭借庞大的国际航空网络，配合中国内地的完善网络，为旅客提供方便和多元化服务；集团的全球机队拥有超过150架飞机，雇用员工逾35000名。于专业客服中心内接听尊贵会员来电，提供航班运行动态、机票改签及回答客户关于积分奖励计划问题。（纯呼入，无任何销售性质）
招聘人数：8 人
职位要求：
1，具有基础的英文读写能力；
2，良好的客户服务意识，和沟通协调能力。
3，具有航空服务、旅游相关的从业经验者优先。
4，大专以上学历，并具有1年工作经验。
薪资：3900～5500元（税前），有较好晋升空间（薪酬待遇也会有晋升），享受良好的晚班补贴。

上班时间：轮班（人性化排班），每天工作8小时，上五休二，无大夜班。
