岗位职责：

1、 负责公司手机视频的产品规划、产品管理与实施、日常业务内容制作、更新及维护等运营管理管理；

2、 负责业务目标的制定，并在获得上级批准后安排实施；确保完成绩效任务；

3、 负责公司手机视频营销方案的制定与具体实施；

4、 负责下属团队的日常性管理；包括业务管理、监督、考核及办公纪律；

5、 配合BD部门搭建稳定的客户沟通渠道，确保良好客户关系，及时向总部反馈客户动态需求，解决客户问题；

6、 配合技术部完成产品技术平台开发的协调工作。

任职资格：

1、 通信类相关专业本科及以上学历；28岁以上；

2、 至少5年相关工作经验；其中不少于3年的移动增值业务产品运营管理工作经验；有团队管理经验；

3、 具备优秀的产品运营管理能力及实操经验，既往工作业绩突出；

4、 具备手机视频行业从业经验优先；

5、 能够承受工作压力；具备较强的沟通能力；团队合作能力；

6、 良好的职业道德及职业素养；

公司凭借中国国家英文日报《中国日报》（www.chinadaily.com.cn）庞大的国际国内资源，在全球范围内整合最优秀的电视节目内容，通过移动终端，向手机用户播放。CTV手机电视向手机用户提供了资讯、影视、娱乐、汽车、时尚、双语等多个电视栏目，每天24小时不间断的向用户提供收视服务。
