职位描述：
请注意此职位工作地点在卡麦龙（上海）机械有限公司，但合同是与我们的供应商签合同。

Responsibilities:
1, Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, take and pass on messages accuracy and efficiency
2, Host visitors in a professional manner, and help colleagues to manage the visitor‘s travel when the circumstances need.
3, Distribute incoming and outgoing expresses in a timely way and keep the proper records.
4, Help maintain office equipment such as printer, etc
5, Supervise the cleaning and security of Office
6, Manage office supplies, such as stationary and drinking water, etc
7, Manage the uniform of our employees
8, Arrange the temporary using of company cars.
9, Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
1, Technical school or above education background, have 1-2 years’ admin working experience is preferred.
2, Good in English and MS Office
3, Interest in Admin management, good communication skills, quick learner
