职位描述：
1、负责部门质量体系的运行和维护；负责部门产品质量改进及各种质量活动的组织和推动；
2、负责各阶段产品质量标准和检验规程的制定与执行，监督指导各项质量检验工作；
3、客户退货产品组织相关人员进行质量分析并处理；
4、持续改进产品质量和劳动效率；对质量数据进行统计、分析;
5、负责抓好产品质量，对过程、成品的不合格采取纠正和预防措施，并且组织实施。
6、熟悉质量检测系统，对质检设备的维护负有管理责任。

职位要求：
1. 有相关机械制造及质量管理工作经验者优先录用。
2. 沟通协调能力强。
3. 了解机加工制造工艺和质量现场管理经验，能独立解决质量过程中遇到的问题。
