职位描述Job description：

1. 数控机床的安装，包括机械安装，电气连接，几何精度调整等；
       CNC machine installation. Including, mechanical assembly, electrical connection/start-up, geometry control, etc
2. 数控机床的售后服务，包括电话服务和现场服务
       CNC machine after sales service, telephone-service and on-site service
3. 数控机床的日常保养与紧急维修
       CNC machine preventive maintenance and emergency service
4. 配合销售对客户进行拜访和定期回访
      Cooperate with Sales department for customer visit and periodic visit
5. 机床手册和相关资料的中英翻译工作
       Machine manuals and related documents translation work
6. 与意大利工程师协同工作完成机床安装和服务工作
       Cooperate with Italian technicians for machine installation and service

任职要求 Requirements：

1. 大专以上学历，机械电气相关专业，至少5年数控机床工作经验
     Collage graduate or higher, major in mechanical, electrical or related, minimum 5 years working experience in CNC machine-tools.
2. 掌握五轴高速数控机床的机械，电气，几何精度和相关检测知识
     Master high-speed 5-axis NC machines, including mechanical, electrical, geometry and inspection knowledge.
3. 熟悉五轴高速数控机床控制原理
      Familiar with high-speed 5-axis NC machine control principle.
4. 熟悉西门子或海德汉数控系统，及相关控制模块
      Experienced in SIEMENS or HEIDENHAIN numeric control and related control modules
5. 熟练操作西门子840D或海德汉TNC530/630数控系统
     Good at operation on SIEMENS 840D or HEIDENHAIN TNC530/630 NC system
6. 了解西门子或海德汉数控系统的常用参数
      Know SIEMENS or HEIDENHAIN basic machine parameters.
7. 具有机床几何精度调整经验，了解五轴机床RTCP功能及空间补偿方法
      Experienced in machine geometry control, 5-axis machine RTCP function and parameter compensation method
8. 性格开朗，善于沟通，具有积极的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
      Open minded, good at communication, positive customer service attitude and team cooperation spirit
9. 适应长期出差工作，较强的独立工作能力，能够承受一定的工作压力
      Be able to travel long-time. Can work alone and work under pressure
10. 熟练英语听说读写，可独自与意大利工程师进行沟通及配合工作
      Must be good at written and oral English, be able to communicate and work alone with headquarter or Italian engineer. 举报 分享
