Position Summary职位概述:

Mainly for receiving customer's order,Communicate customer requirment with internal dept.arranging shipment plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Handles customer inquiries and complaints. Follow the manufacture process and arrange the shipment plan.
2. Manage the FG stock.
3. Put the customer forcest into SAP.
4. Cooperate with AR to get payment.
5. Tracks customer satisfaction of products and services.
6. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer feedback and communicates results to appropriate department(s).

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities必备的知识、技能和能力:
1. Use well SAP.
2. Ability of spoken and written of daily English.
3. Good expression ability.
4. 3-5years working experiences

1. Financial knowledge
2. Foreign trade knowledge
3. Leadership skills
