职位描述：

Teleopti中国为适应公司快速发展的需求，现需招聘一位技术顾问与团队一起完成下列工作：

·作为售前技术顾问，支持对重要客户的销售，包括但不限于参与Teleopti的产品演示，测试和实施

·独立与客户的技术团队合作，协助解决售前和售后的技术问题

·与客户的IT部门合作，以确定硬件，网络和软件配置，以支持该软件在各级的组织中的实施

·与客户合作，定义需求及实施细节，成功地进行配置和部署解决方案

·作为客户与Teleopti软件开发团队之间的接口，并成功的支持客户使用Teleopti的解决方案

·监督，并在中国取得必要的技术资料

·支持选定的市场营销活动

·现场客户支持

·预计工作时间的25-75%需要安排出差

岗位要求：

• 科技学士学位
• 至少5年.NET和C#编程经验
• 有SOAP编程经验
• SQL编程经验
• 具有以下相关经验：TCP/IP通信，FTP通信，Telnet通信
• 具有交换机和/或CTI系统，工资系统的工作经验

Teleopti is looking to hire a technical consultant with excelent skill in programm and development to further enlarge the fast-growing China team with the following tasks:

• Support Sales in important customer cases, as a technical pre-sales consultant, incl but not limted to be active in the presentation, testing and implementation of Teleopti's products.
• Work independently with customers' technical teams on both presales and post sales technical issues.
• Work with customers' IT departments to determine the hardware, network, and software configurations to support the software at all levels of the organization.
• Work with customers to define requirements and implementation details to successfully make configurations and deploy the solutions.
• To be an active interface between customer and Teleopti Software Development team, and successfully support customers in using Teleopti solutions.
• Oversee and secure necessary technical information in Chinese.
• Support selected marketing campaign
• On-site customer support
• Expected travels 25-75% of the time

Qualifications:

• Technical University Degree
• Minimum 5 years of .NET and C# programming experience.
• Programming against SOAP services
• Experience in SQL server programming
• Experience in working with some of the following techniques; TCP/IP communication, FTP communication, Telnet communication.
• Experience in working with PBX and/or CTI systems, payroll systems
