Title： Senior video algorithm engineer

Location： Beijing，China

C2 Microsystems is looking for an engineer with strong software engineering and video signal processing skills to join a small dynamic
video algorithm development group. The position involves contributing
to state-of-the-art systems for analog TV signal processing, video
pre-processing, compression and post-processing mainly for consumer television
applications. The ideal individual is a self-starter, but oriented
toward team success.


Job Requirement：

* BS, MS, or Ph.D in EE or CS (math or physics also considered
depending on other experiences);

* 3+ years experience in high tech industry;

* Video signal processing such as compression, capture,
display, pre- and post-processing ... and other digital
signal processing, such as communications(PLL),
YC seperation, sync seperator, filter design and optimization etc.;

* Strong software engineering and development skills in
C/C++, Qt, Matlab and so on;

* Ability to develop in Linux and Windows environments;

* Desire to succeed in a fast-paced idea-driven environment;

* Strong communication skills, and a desire to communication well;


Desired skills and experience:

* Experience with image/video/signal processing, such as TV decoder,
noise estimation/reduction, deinterlace, scaler, color science etc;

* Experience in tuning picture quality;

* Hardware design or architecture experience is a plus;

C2 Micro is developing a family of low-cost, high performance, fully programmable SOCs, based on the Linux OS, and includes a software package that is optimized for networked digital home and mobile entertainment. 2007年1月份经北京市科委认定为高新技术企业。
