职位描述：
岗位职责：

 1. Finish the experiments and test results required by R&D leader;

完成交付的试验任务与测试；

2. Support the R&D team for the daily organization activities;

协助处理R&D日常管理及内部事务；

3. Translation of R&D related meeting and documents,

翻译R&D相关的会议及文件；

4. Take part in the production line upgrade and support the pilot daily production;

   参与生产线产品升级与改进，协助试验线的日常生产工作；

5. Take part in the research and development of new product

参与新产品的研发工作；




任职要求：

1. Bachelor in polymer, materials, chemistry or related

本科，专业：高分子，材料，化学相关

2. 2-3 years work experience in materials R&D field ;

　2-3年材料研发相关工作经验；

3. Excellent/Good in oral, reading and written English & Chinese.

良好的英语口语，阅读和书写能力

4. Good team spirit, diligent, self-motivated, responsibility, innovation ability

    良好的团队精神, 勤奋，有上进心，责任心和一定的创新能力

5. Good organization in projects, files and folders

   善于整理项目资料；

6. Good knowledge in doing experiments and test

   良好的试验动手能力和测试能力

7. Proficiency in PC skills, Auto CAD is prefer

   精通办公软件，懂Auto CAD更佳

8. Willing to learn and share
