职位描述：
Responsible for the daily operation of the TPMs/Service Center to provide a high level service to the onsite/off-site customers.
1. Zero Harm - Implement CHEP China Zero Harm procedures with 100% compliance across the TPMs/Warehouses.
2. Asset Management: Execute asset management by the docket management, reporting via ERP system, and on site audit.
3. Quality Management: Control the operation quality via training and quality audit.
4. Efficiency Management and Cost Control – Manage the productivities and cost efficiently to ensure the operation can run smoothly.
5. Team Management – Build and maintain the operation team in TPM and warehouse. Motivate the team to reach the target of SSQEC (Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Cost)

Experience:
? 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory level
? Minimum 8-10 years in supply chain or production area
? Successful management of teams
? Worked in a multi-national environment
? Mobility (50% of travel)
? Business to business sales or service experience (D)
? Worked successfully in a matrix structure (D)
? Leading project
