你的职责:

作为财产险咨询顾问，你会加入到我们的项目团队中，为韦莱韬悦的保险企业客户提供精算及管理咨询服务。我们的工作将涉及一系列广泛领域：

- 传统精算咨询
- 产品定价和预测模型
- 准备金评估
- M&A 尽职调查
- 资本和偿付能力管理等
- 创新保险咨询
- 车联网保险及大数据管理
- 自动承保流程
- 智能理赔体系
- IT及软件解决方案等
- 战略管理咨询
- 财产险公司整体战略咨询
- 财产险公司的业务发展策略咨询（客户、产品、渠道、资本、费用等）

你会与我们的顾问和项目经理一起紧密工作，他们会帮助你培养行业知识、锻炼你的精算技能以及与客户沟通的技巧。

职位要求:
- 在产险行业有1--4年工作经验的业内人士，也接受应届生申请
- 具有扎实的精算功底和技术分析能力
- 较强的中、英文书面和口头表达能力
- 出色的团队精神和沟通能力
- 掌握SAS/GLM理论，具备实践操作经验者优先
- 熟练掌握办公软件操作，特别是Excel和PowerPoint
