-Assist GM in business document compiling and translation such as business reports, presentations, correspondence letters & emails, company announcements, and etc.
-Accompany GM to attend client meetings, and conference calls. Conduct interpretation and take meeting minutes where necessary.
-Help GM to setup itinerary for various meetings, business trips and appointments with internal and external customers. Manage and maintain GM’s calendars.
-Process and monitor approval procedures in daily operations such contract chopping and signing, application processing, and etc.
-General administration tasks
-Prepare meeting minutes. Act as a bridge between GM and all departments/external parties.
-Assist GM in maintaining sound relationship with key clients & authorities.
-Other tasks assigned by GM
Relevant Experience required:
-Fluent in English both spoken and written.
-Preferable with 2 years or more relevant secretarial and administrative experience.
-Proven track record in customer orientation;
-Self-motivated; Detail oriented.
-Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
-Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Work independently and under guidance of senior management.
-Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft word, excel, power point and outlook system.
-Willing to work overtime where necessary to meet tight closing deadlines.
-Banking working experience is preferred.
