Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement HR strategy to guarantee the contribution of personnel operation to the company's success
2. Responsible for overall personnel activities for service business group.
3. Act as a business partner to the business managers, provide quality consultancy in various HR work perspectives.
4. Attract and recruit the best fit talents as needed in a timely/cost effective manner
5. Ensure high quality and timely support to business in location in the process of target setting, performance management, compensation and benefit, competency management.
6. Consult/Coach on management and leadership issues for location management to achieve top-class performance and increase management qualifications
7. Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence
8. Be an interface for consulting on HR tools, HR policies, career development, etc.
9. Implement HR projects to support service center and strategy team to optimize HR administrative processes.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, HR relative majors will be preferred
2. Good experience in pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
3. Good knowledge on selection and recruiting, performance management, reward and recognition, talent development, employee relationships.
4. Understand business model
5. Strong business sense in the commercial area, has experience in both commercial and manufacturing areas will be preferred
6. Fluent in both written and oral English
