酒吧主管 要求： 三年以上吧台经验，一年以上同岗位经验

* He serves Beverageordered by customersor prepares orders for Head Waiter, he performs the classic cocktailsof the cocktail list andalso provides compositionsofhis choice.
1. 按照客人的订单或领班的要求准备酒水，根据鸡尾酒菜单调制经典的鸡尾酒，也可以按照个人创意调制

* A masterpieceof atmosphere,the bartendershouldknow how tocreatea cozy atmospheresuitable forbusinessand contribute toits reputation.
2. 营造良好氛围，酒保应当懂得如何创造一个适合促成销售和提升名气的舒适氛围

* He also providesstock management: ordersfromsuppliers, receivingand storingbottles
3. 库存管理：向供应商订货、接货、存储的相关工作

* Healso manage thecleaningand the maintenance ofmachinery andequipmentfrom the bar.
4. 负责吧台机械设备的清理和保养
