职位描述
岗位职责：
负责产品所有售后工作；
改进优化客户信息管理；
通过电话和邮件定期与现有客户保持联系，收集客户意见反馈，做好售后服务；
负责客户的来电咨询和意见处理；
洞察和分析客户行为与需求，提出服务策略、改善体验；
协同销售经理建立和完善内部客服的流程；
与内部相关部门保持紧密的合作。
任职条件：
具备较强的团队合作能力；
具有良好的心理素质，良好的销售服务意识；
普通话标准，具备专业的客户服务电话沟通技巧；
熟练掌握办公软件，有较好的数据管理和分析能力；
2年以上的客户服务经验；
具有客服主管经验和电话销售经验者优先考虑。
