Position Objective:
Responsible for annual budget,expense forecast and effiency analysis according to management requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Budget and rolling forecast (40%)
1. Assist in the annual financial budget to prepare budget analysis, design budget assumptions and model, and responsible for the budget allocation.
2. Perform forecast on KPI metrics (GOE, VEA etc) and provide relevant analysis.
Expense and Effiency analysis (40%)
3. Conducts analytical review on GOE results and provides analysis to Group and China management on timely basis.
4. Prepare presentations and analysis for regular Budget Committee, monthly EXCO meeting, and other internal review meetings.
5. Responsible for the study of activity base costing.
6. Keep tracking the efficiency KPIs.
Expense and Budget Policy (20%)
7. Formulate the Expense payment policy
8. Foumulate the Expense budget management policy
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above with major in Finance or Accounting, CPA or ACCA is an advantage
- At least 4 years related working experience, insurance finance management is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge with business analysis and financial management mechanism , audit of big four and consultant of world-class consuluting firm is an advantage.
- Good PC applications skills, especially on Excel and Power Point; knowledge in SAP/ BI/ BPC is an advantage
- Proficient presentation and communication skills in English and mandarin
- Proactive and a problem solver with strong analytical and communication capability in a fast moving industry
