职位描述：
Responsibilities：

Arrange interview for HR Manager and team head per request;
Answer the telephone in a good manner & transfer the telephone to the right person;
Daily mail & courier management;
Office facilities maintenance;
Prepare all documentation support to finance team on internal audit
Assist with internal IT requests, where required;
Assist to organize company outing & monthly birthday party;
Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Requirements：

Excellent oral express and communication ability, with affinity
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
Detail oriented, initiative, patient;
Good professionalism and teamwork spirit
Proficiency in office automation software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on
Bachelor/above degree, major in English, Human Resource or Accounting


岗位职责：

协助人事经理及部门负责人安排面试；
负责公司总机电话接听并转接给指定人员；
日常收发快递文件包裹；
办公室设备的维护管理；
根据审计相关制度，准备所有财务相关的文件；
协助内部处理IT相关的需求；
协助组织公司活动和每月生日会；
人事经理安排的其他事务；

岗位要求：

具有良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力，具亲和力
良好的中英文口语及写作能力
注重细节、耐心、积极主动；
具有良好的团队合作精神
熟练操作办公自动化软件和设备，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等
英语、人力资源、会计专业，学士或学士以上学位 举报 分享
