职位要求：

1）大学本科以上学历，平面设计、动画、网页互动，游戏设计等相关专业。

2）对视觉设计的方法和理念有独到的见解、有宽广的设计理念和国际化的设计眼光，有时尚创新意识、有较强独立的创意能力；熟练掌握设计语言及设计工具、良好的沟通表达能力、富有职业精神、能承受工作压力；

3）有平面设计及其他视觉传达模式、动画、游戏、互动等实际工作经验的复合型设计师及计划转型至设计行业（如app）的程序师可优先考虑；

4）精通并熟练掌握Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等相关软件；

5）有较强的英语能力；

6）欢迎想要在美国念设计的在校学生申请实习。实习机会的申请与取得以项目和workshop为标准。

2-4 Designers:

1 Designers (BFA, MFA, AAS) with a multi-disciplinary degree have the priority. Such degrees include: Animation (for games, for stories, or for motion graphics), Interaction (web-based or mobile-based). Besides that, designers working on traditional formats are also welcomed, for example, graphic design, communication design, or illustration.

About the software requirements, all designers with different majors should use Illustrator and Photoshop (or any other common software) to a proficient level. Moreover, 2D animators can at least play with After Effect and Flash, while 3D animators should be familiar with Maya, Mudbox, or 3dMax. For web developers, HTML, CSS, Java script (in Flash), or C++ skills are required.

2 Programmers who want to pursue in design field are highly needed.

3 English skills

Since designers in our firm will frequently contact with other designers in the U.S, the ability of English is required. It doesn't have to be a premium level. We are not tricky if you are really good in your major.

4 Internship

Design students who aim to pursue a higher degree in the U.S. are welcomed to apply the internship here. It will base on the project or workshop.
