Job Description:
- Responding to pitch requests from the business development team; clarifying the brief and supporting execution
- Creating first draft pitches by compiling and formatting data from internal databases and external sources as necessary into pitch templates in Word and Powerpoint
- Adapting existing materials and/or creating custom design aspects
- Developing and maintaining collaborative client relationships based on quality, customer service, integrity and project delivery
- Ensuring high levels of quality on all projects by adhering to all best practice processes and carrying out or supervising quality control activities including proof reading, checks for brand and brief compliance; and regular updating of base materials for future pitches
- Managing client expectations to ensure that these are either met or exceeded by following projects up with two-way feedback thereby leading to improved relationships and efficient processes
- Completing all administrative tasks for projects, including, but not limited to, maintenance of the knowledge information systems, word processing, and electronic filing of pitch precedent
- Working as part of a global team
Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal customers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, often to tight deadlines.
Ability to work well in team, including the flexibility to take on tasks outside immediate remit when necessary.
Proactive in searching for data and recommending improvements to pitch documents.
Positive attitude and team player mentality is critical.
