职位描述：
主要工作职责及目标：

? 税务报告编制，报税，填写所有相关税务文件。

关键工作任务及活动：

? 负责检查付款资料，检查发票有效合法性，发票认证，发票购买管理；
? 负责计算和申报公司税金；
? 与会计合作及时准备税务月度季度年度报告，协同会计对账结账；
? 负责合同管理和贴花；
? 负责办理对外付汇；
? 与税务顾问建立良好关系，确定其提供了良好的服务，配合税务审计；
? 与主管税务局建立良好沟通，确定公司已执行最新的税务制度，配合税务检查等；
? 负责管理存档相关税务文件资料报告等；
? 检查关联方交易可能涉及的税务问题，必要时准备关联方转移定价报告；
? 掌握相关的税收政策操作并及时提供由此所产生的相关咨询辅导；
? 统计报表报送。
? 其他上级指定工作。

工作经验，技能及资格的要求：

? 财务会计大学本科及以上学历；
? 会计证；
? 税务师优先；；
? 3年及以上税务工作经验；
? 熟悉NC、JDE财务系统
? 良好的社交能力；


Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

? Responsible for the preparation of tax reports, making tax declaration, and filling all related tax documentation.

Major Tasks and Activities:

? Responsible for checking payment supporting, especially for invoice validity. Verify the invoice, and take charge of invoice purchase.
? Responsible for tax calculation, making tax declaration, and filling all related tax documentation;
? Co-ordinate with finance accountant to prepare monthly and annual tax reports timely; Co-ordinate with other finance team members to support for closing;
? Responsible for contract management and stamp the contract;
? Responsible for dealing with foreign remittance;
? Manage the relationship with external tax consultant to ensure satisfactory services are provided, and support for the tax audit ;
? Good interpersonal skills to ensure the good relationship with tax bureau, and the latest tax regulations are updated, support for the tax investigation;
? Responsible for document filing of related tax documentation;
? Reviewing related parties transactions and preparing contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation report if needed;
? Developing an understanding of all taxes incurred in the region and support ad hoc queries as they arise;
? Preparing and submit the statistical report;
? Other projects or tasks as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

? University degree in Finance & Accounting;
? Qualified Accountant;
? China Certified Tax Agents is preferred;
? Above 3 years of tax related work experience;
? Basic PC knowledge, NC or JDE system experience
