职位描述：
Responsibilities as accountant：
1：Daily book keeping
2：Payment check with oversea customers
3：Tax declaration
4：Staff expense check and file
5：Internal financial statements and government annual reports
Responsibilities as export order operator
1. Arrange shipments according to customer orders
2. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for smooth shipments
3. Prepair shipping documents and shipping reports for customers
4. Negotiate with shipping forwarders and select the right one to cooperate with.
5. Monitor production process from each supplier to insure every production run would be finished on time..
6. Other administrative chores

Requirements：
1：Familar with accounting requirements of Hongkong based companies
2：Experienced with Foreign company accounting requirements and tax policies in China
3：CET 6 or equivelent. Can do English reports and communicate freely in English
4：3 years or above accouting and tax declaration experience in export companies
5: Familia with export procedures and documents
6：Can work independantly on accounting matters.
7. Sensitive to numbers
8. Good communication and negotiation skills
9. Skillful at office software especially ‘excel’
10. Interested to work in furniture industry
11. Self-management, initiative, careful and honest characteristics.
