职位描述

职位描述：

1、根据公司的销售计划，准确制定全年的进口计划，满足市场销售需求；

Make the reasonable import plan, fully ensure the supply of the goods.

2、严格按照公司的进口流程，开展药品进口相关工作，完整准备进口各环节相关资料，确保进口流程顺畅；

Prepare the import documents, follow up the all import process.

3、根据市场需求制定合理的进口预测，并和海外总部工厂紧密联系，确保生产计划和进口计划匹配；

Closely contact the headquarter manufacture, and make the reasonable production plan.

4、常规拜访海关和口岸地药检所，并建立良好的关系。收集中国官方的进口相关政策文件，并提案相关的应对策略；

Set good relationship with customs and port FDA, timely collect the import policy.

5、维护和搭建国内分销渠道，确保各地经销商供货顺畅；

Manage the distribution channel, ensure the supply channel is smooth.

6、熟悉药品GSP相关法规。

Familiar with the GSP rules.

任职资格 Qualification

1、大学专科以上学历

Associate degree above

2、 3年以上药品进口业务相关经验，或大型国际贸易公司工作经验

3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical import business, or large international trade company working experience.

3、英文听说写熟练，能够与国外客户进行商务书信沟通及日常口语交流

Heard that writing proficiency in English, able to communicate with foreign customers by business letters and daily oral communication.

4、能承受工作压力，善于独立解决各种业务问题

Can work under pressure, good at solving all kinds of business problems

5、出色的沟通和谈判能力

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
