Responsibilities:
Order management:
Manage each customer order from receipt to delivery, including:
1) Maintain sales orders: create, change or cancel sales orders and notify the related personnel in a timely manner;
2) Notify Production Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing of new orders or order changes; provide affirmatory delivery/ship dates to customers;
3) Handle sales order cancellation - accept or decline customer order cancellation request after materials and production status check;
4) Keep good and effective communication with Production Planner, Buyer, Manufacturing team to assure on time delivery to customers;
5) Paperwork: pre-acceptance check list, NOC, etc.;
6) Shipment coordination: Print Sales Orders, shipment alert to customers, etc.

Quotation & agreements' Integration:
1) Generate official quotation and determine its validity.
2) Collect the related agreements to support the quotation.
3) Notify customers & logistics to adjust the related purchase orders.

Customer forecast demand analysis:
1) Receive and perform necessary analysis against the customer MRP forecast
2) Notify the related personnel of the customer forecast demand information in a timely manner.

Document and file management:
1) Set up document filing system and file the sales orders, commercial documents and other paperwork copies;

Data collection and analysis:
1) Collect and analyze the sales-related data;
2) Generate various sales reports

Liability charge back & Misc:
1) Assist Sales to track the excess/dead/slow materials inventory caused by customer ECO, order changes, order cancellations
2) Other assignment

Requirements:
Be detail-oriented and figure sensitive, loving your job,
College-graduated or above,
Good spoken English and written English,
Good at the functions of office automation.
Minimum 1 year related working experience.
