职位简述Job summary
作为课程顾问，负责对学员推介思腾中国的公开课程To sell the Schouten China’s open courses to individual participants by acting as advisor to them.
主要职责Responsibilities
1. 接听课程咨询电话及学员来访，并负责向学员推介相关课程To receive inbound phone calls and visits to Schouten China with explanation on Schouten China’s open courses.
2. 根据市场部提供的销售线索，主动致电潜在学员，推介公司课程To make outbound calls to potential participants to sell Schouten China’s open courses;
3. 建立和维护客户数据库并努力完成销售任务To build a customer database and maintain it to generate sales revenue for the company;
4. 参加各类市场及销售活动，以获得销售机会To participate in various marketing activities to get new contacts for open courses;
5. 负责学员报名登记及收款工作Manage participant registration and payments;
6. 完成上级交待的其他工作Other responsibilities as delegated by the management.
职位要求Essential skills and qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、市场营销或经济相关专业Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Marketing, Economics etc.
2. 两年以上相关工作经历Proven (European and Chinese) experience of over 2 years in the sales and marketing of services, especially in the field of HRM and organization development
3. 能够通过电话和面谈清楚地向客户推介思腾中国的课程Ability to explain clearly both in telephone and face to face meetings Schouten China’s open courses as well as other programs;
4. 具备良好的说服及销售技巧，能够影响客户的购买行为Strong persuading skills to convert potential customers into real participants;
5. 能够有效识别潜在客户，具有较强的商业意识Ability to identify prospective participants with strong business sense to generate business;
6. 很强的服务意识，能够通过与团队成员的共同协作，按照公司的标准向客户提供服务Service oriented: to ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality norms.
7. 具备建立较强客户信任感的能力Ability to build credibility.
