本职位的主要工作，是带领公司的销售团队实现销售目标。本职位将直接向CEO汇报。

To lead the current sales team to achieve sales revenue of the company. This position reports directly to CEO


Responsibilities/主要职责

· 带领销售团队实现公司的销售目标Lead the current sales team to achieve company’s annual sales target;

· 带领团队成长Develop the team to the highest professional level.

· 计划、实施并监控各类销售活动的开展To execute the process of all sales and business development activities;

· 完成上级交待的其他工作Other responsibilities as delegated by the management.



职位要求Essential skills and qualifications/

· 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或相关专业,MBA优先考虑;Bachelor degree or above in Sales & Marketing, Advertising, Economics or related; MBA a plus;

· 思维开放，待人坦诚，愿意学习新的知识和技能Open-minded and willing to learn.

· 5年以上相关工作经验，外企从业经验者优先;Proven (European and Chinese) experience of over 5 years in the sales and marketing of services, especially in the field of HRM and organization development

· 拥有较强的管理团队的能力Management: ability to build and lead a sales team in a most professional way

· 良好的服务意识Service oriented: to ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality norms

· 熟练使用Office软件Good at Microsoft office software (word, excel, etc)

· 良好的英语沟通能力，以及中英文写作能力;Good command of English skill, speaking and writing;

· 良好的团队精神及人际沟通技能;Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills.
