业务拓展主管Business Development Executive

Reports to

销售经理Sales Manager

主要职责Responsibilities

· 影响个人客户或拜访机构客户,并能够与其人力资源经理、培训经理或更高层管理人员,就培训服务进行深入有效的沟通,能够很快识别客户的培训需求并提供培训建议To influence individuals as well as to visit companies, organisations and governmental agencies to converse with their HR Officers and Managing Directors (CxO level) on the challenges (problems) of management within their organizations and propose, with the Chief Program Officer of the Schouten China, training solutions to address those challenges (problems);

· 实现预定销售目标To Achieve sales targets of the Company

· 能够发掘新的客户资源、维护现有客户资源以产生销售收入To explore new clients and maintain existing ones to generate sales revenue for the Schouten China;

· 负责管理应收帐款并完成收款工作To manage account receivables for training services provided to clients/participants;

· 完成主管上级交待的其他工作Other responsibilities as delegated by the management.


职位要求Essential skills and qualifications

· 本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理或经济相关专业Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Economics or related;

· 至少两年销售工作经验,在服务或培训领域工作者优先考虑Proven (European and Chinese) experience of over 2 years in the sales and marketing of services, especially in the field of HRM and organization development

· 能够与人力资源相关经理进行有效沟通并快速识别培训需求Ability to converse with HR Officers and Managing Directors (CxO level) of Chinese as well as international organizations on the challenges (problems) of management within their organizations.

· 能够通过与教学总监和培训师的合作,拟定培训方案并与客户进行商务谈判Ability to prepare to and negotiate with clients professionally and to customize proposals through close work with the Chief Program Officer and other professionals,

· 能够有效识别潜在客户以产生销售收入,完成销售任务Ability to identify prospective clients & creating go-to-market plans for the identified territory & industry vertical

· 良好的商务意识和谈判技能Strong business sense to generate business from new accounts and capable of steering customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements

· 良好的客户关系维护技能Strong ability of maintaining relationships to enhance business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms

· 服务导向:能够与客户及公司其他部门开展有效合作,共同为客户提供良好的服务Service oriented: to ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality norms

· 能够在客户中建立良好的信誉,为客户提供长期的专业服务Ability to build credibility and gaining market share in the territory
