职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．组织、督查日常的教学服务工作，并带领团队按照公司的要求和计划,完成对学员的跟进服务工作。
2. 负责所带团队的服务质量达标及提升。
3. 带领团队达成学员课消指标，提升学员学习效果。
4. 带领团队达成续费及推荐，达到，客户满意度指标。
5. 帮助团队成员处理来自家长的意见及投诉。
6. 负责团队成员的工作热情，稳定性，员工关怀，以及正确的公司价值观的传递。
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作事宜。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，热爱教育行业，对工作保持高度热情；
2. 有1年以上教学服务管理或者客户服务相关经验；
3. 服务意识强，能积极应对客户提出的问题及投诉，保证续费及推荐率；
4. 团队意识强，能对队员的工作给出指导和建议； 举报 分享
