Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with the existing English trainer to design training program for R&D engineers.
2. Manage and conduct Interactive classes, which focus on listening/oral English and business communication.
3. Lead workshops, seminars and lectures for Intern Training program.
4. Make as much as efficient practice in teaching process and arrange suitable homework.
5. Involve inter-activities in classes and make the classes vivid and interesting.
6. Follow the trainees' progress and provide help which is needed.
7. At least 30 hours per week for 6 months can be work at Adobe during working time.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor and above degree candidate in English Education or related.
2. More than 3 years' experience in English training. Experience of providing English Training in Hi-Tech MNC R&D is a plus.
3. Service-oriented and good team player.
4. Strong communication skill.
5. Vivid and active teaching method.
6. Both Chinese and foreign candidates are acceptable.
7. Candidate who is looking for long-term job opportunity is preferred.
