职务：区域销售经理 1名
工作地点：上海

职位描述：
1. 对区域内的代理商进行培训和支持，并共同在本辖区内实施销售计划，完成销售任务。
2. 开发新的代理商，扩大经销网络
3. 开拓潜在目标客户，维护客户关系
4. 收集有价值的市场信息，识别商业机会并总结出更多新的销售经验

要求：
1. 大学本科学历或以上
2. 二年以上的市场销售经验，有牧场管理或者挤奶设备销售或技术支持经验者优先
3. 能有效管理客户
4. 有良好的沟通能力，诚实，能吃苦耐劳
5. 有很强的独立工作能力和团队协作能力
6. 能够适应经常出差
7. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力者优先
Title: Area Sales Manager
Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and support for distributors, set and meet sales target together with distributors
2. Source qualified distributors and develop their competence to grow the regional distributor business and network
3. Actively explore new customers and sales opportunities, and strengthen relation with customers through total customer account management
4. Collects market intelligence proactively to market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 2 years sales experience, dairy farm management experience or sales and technical experience of milking machine are plus
3. Can manage existing and developmental customers perfectly
4. Good communication ability, honesty and faith, hard working
5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, have ability to work independently or within a team
6. Frequent travel will be required
7.Good command of English in writing and speaking is prefered
