Job Purpose
As a member of HRBP – Commercial team, partner and work with line managers in the assigned SBUs/BUs, provide comprehensive HR supports in the areas, which include but no limited to recruiting, training and development, employee relation and other HR modules to realize the business growth targets and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the whole Recruiting cycle management that includes,
     * Job posting by both internal and external recruiting channels
     * CV screening and interview arrangement
     * Offering process (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates etc.
     * New employee integration
? Act as a business partner to support the Talent Review Process (TRP)
     * Support to monitor the TRP process implemented in the assigned SBUs/Bus
     * Provide support to line managers/ employees for TRP quality
     * Involve in discussions with line managers for talents & organization development
? Enhance the relationship with SBUs/Bus & Employees
     * Provide consultancy to line managers regarding questions related to company policy, labor law, and performance problems
     * Provide suggestions for personnel issue, work with line managers to handle labor dispute or conflict that come up
     * Conduct regular communication or site visits to improve employee-touch-time for employee motivation and retention
     * Monitor regular assessments of employee morale and satisfaction; identify and propose needed action plans to enhance the employee engagement
? Ensure HR compliance with necessary actions, all HR practices comply with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards
? Other HR related issues assigned by the superior

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years solid HR generalist working experience in multinational company. Chemical industry preferred
? Proficient knowledge in China labor law
? Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
? Good communication and influencing skills, ability to build partnerships with departments / line managers
? Well organized, structured approach for problem solving with carefulness, fairness & integrity mind set
? Well understanding of C&B market information; experience in participating in the market salary survey is preferable
