Responsibilities:
1.Provide IT application support for APAC organization.
2.Capture issues. Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate to the application teams.
3.Manage support issue and request on the ticket management system.
4.Assist in implementation on local and regional projects.
5.Perform system release testing.
6.Check, monitor and resolve system issues and EDI failures.
7.To monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
8.Provide training to end users on IT solution.
Requirements:
1.University degree, specialization in IT, Logistic IT or Supply Chain IT;
2.Fluent in business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin,good English speaking is highly preferred.
3.1-2 years of experience in IT application support is preferred.
4.Good IT analytic and trouble shooting skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
5.Motivated, organised and can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
6.Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience,ability to go into details of issues or requirements.
7.Flexibility is required to support occasional migration or setup activities
8.Exposed to configuration tools, databases, EDI, BI tools is an added advantage (not required for internal applicants as training will be provided).
9.Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
