负责服务区域内的相关工作顺利进行并提供优秀的服务
Responsible for checking the table sets, and clean the table
负责检查摆台时桌面陈设无遗漏，并清理桌台
Contribute in every way possible to the profitability of the outlet by providing impeccable, attentive, personalized and speedy service.
领班服务员通过快速反应及娴熟的服务动作来提供高质量服务，要符合标准更要高于标准。友善并关心客人的需求，以确保良好的顾客关系
You will make it a point to learn the mode of preparation and the ingredients used in each dish. Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
服务期间，须熟知自选菜单以及所有菜品，能够给予客人用餐建议并回答客户问题
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
领班服务员通过快速反应及娴熟的服务动作来提供高质量服务，要符合标准更要高于标准。友善并关心客人的需求，以确保良好的顾客关系。
At the end of the meal, to ensure customers satisfaction, provide bills and receive payment
用餐结束时，确保客人满意，提供账单并收取付款


You'll need to have:
Have the ability to speak English and written skills
基本的英语交流和写作技巧
Have the ability to communicate and to be honest for keeping confidentiality
具备良好的交流沟通能力，保守公司机密，为人诚实
Have knowledge of food and beverage.
具有一定的餐饮知识
Ability to handle customer complaints and problem solving skills,
具备良好的顾客定位能力，处理问题的能力，处理顾客投诉的能力。
