岗位职责:
1、制定销售战略
(1) 进行市场分析与销售预测;
(2) 确定销售目标;
(3) 制定销售计划;
(4) 制定销售配额与销售预算;
(5) 确定销售策略。
2、进行目标客户群的分析与竞争者市场分析。
3、保持与重点客户的沟通与关系维护。
4、负责销售费用的分配与控制。
5、确保销售目标的达成。
6、控制销售活动
(1)划分销售区域
(2)销售渠道及客户的管理
(3)回收货款,防止呆帐
(4)销售效益的分析与评估
任职资格
1、英国籍或美国籍,男士;
2、本科以上学历,对外经贸,金融等专业;
3、熟悉金融贸易流程,熟练掌握计算机;
4、能够独立完成指定工作;
5、工作态度积极,认真负责,具有团对合作精神.
6、诚实,稳重,热情,专注,有创造性,沟通能力强.
7、有银行或金融贸易工作背景者优先。
Responsibility:
1, set the sales strategy
( 1) to analysis the circumstance of the market and make the sales forecast;
( 2) to set the sales budgets/ target;
( 3) to formulate the sales plan;
( 4 ) to determine the sales quota
2, Investigate the competitors marketing and analyse the Potential customers
3, maintain the relationship with customers
4, take charge of sales cost control the cost distribution
5, ensure the achievement of sales targets.
6, control the sales activities
( 1) divide the sales area
( 2) extend the sales channels and manage the customer system.
( 3) collect payment and avoid bad debts
( 4) Analys and evaluate the sales’ performance
Qualification
1, British or American, man;
2, bachelor degree or above, foreign trade, financial and other professional;
3, familiar with the international finance and computer;
4, complete the assigned work independently;
5, positive working attitude, serious and responsible, with team cooperation spirit.
6, honest, prudent, enthusiasm, dedication, creativity, communication capability is strong.
7, banks or financial trade background is preferred.

随着中国钢铁行业对铁矿石需求的不断增加,公司与国外供应商和本地客户稳定的合作关系,我公司在2009年一年销售业绩突破四千万美金,销售矿石达50万吨。
我公司作为中国重要的铁矿石进口贸易商之一,主要经营委内瑞拉、澳大利亚、巴西、和墨西哥等国家的产品,每年为全国大中型钢铁企业进口大量的铁矿石及其它矿产品。香港宝兴于2009年与委内瑞拉CVG矿山和墨西哥TERNIUM矿山签订了基于FOB运输条款下的长期供应合同。与此同时,公司与河北省主要钢铁厂签订了长期的销售合同。2009年公司在香港成立一家独立的船运公司处理航运物流相关事务。
随着公司的不断发展以及香港银行对公司的大力支持,我公司计划在2010年进口铁矿石总量达到180万吨。从2010年1月至今,我们已完成进口130万吨高品质粉矿,总销售额达到1.1亿美金。
公司于2010年8月在美国芝加哥成立分公司,为上更高的业务平台奠定了基础。

CASTLE STAR GLOBAL LTD is Hong Kong based commodity trading company.Founded in 2008 with major business including import iron ore,pig iron and HBI to China.
With increase demands for iron ore in China steel industry and stable relationships with our suppliers overseas and local clients, we experienced a rapid growth in 2009 with sales of iron ore reached 40 million U.S dollars for 500,000 metric tons.
CASTLE STAR GLOBAL LTD started its iron ore business and since then has become a major reputable importer in China with a leading volume for years.Presently, our company mainly imports iron ore from Venezuela, Brazil, Australia and Mexico. CASTLE STAR has standing long term contracts with Venezuela producer CVG and Mexico producer Ternium on FOB basis, as well as supply contracts with three steel mills in Hebei, China. We also have a separate shipping company in Hong Kong handling logistic.
With our increasing banking facilities in Hong Kong and new alliances with local steel mills, port authorities and shipping companies, we are expected to achieve 1,800,000 metric tons of iron ore imports volume in 2010。From January to July 2010, we have already imported 1,300,000 metric tons of high grade fines to China. The overall sales volume is almost US Dollar 110 million.
We are striving to explore new markets and gaining a momentum to have a further development, with our new branch company was established in Chicago,U.S.A in August.2010 for the business platform to lay greater the foundation
