Major Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Group on all legal matters with focus on PRC projects;
- Prepare and review business contracts, legal documents for deals and transactions;
- Assist leasing team and provide comments on leasing documentation;
- Liaise with internal business units and external counsels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law or above;
- Knowledge in PRC legislations and legal principles;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Able to work independently and efficiently with high degree of integrity;
- Need to travel occasionally.
