POSITION SUMMARY

This position is to strengthen the sales of Valve products in China market and China sales training Cooperator. He or she will take responsible for sales of Valve products on the vendor list of new opportunity or application. This role will be act as the combination of commercial sales and product marketing, as well as driving market penetration and business growth opportunities for the specific products.


ESSENTIAL or FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop Valve strategic product sales plans and promotional opportunities in order to meet overall strategic plan.
2. Responsible for and contribute to the achievement of specific product sales, including new product application and promotion, new product development and transfer.
3. Lead the collection, aggregation, and interpretation of competitor’s products analysis. Implement strategic product sales plans and analyze customer requirement. Interface, cooperation, coordination between Global Products and Market, and with Manufacture dynamic update.
4. Establish Marketing price guideline for mega/strategic project.
5. Drive and conduct product promotion, success story sharing and training initiatives for internal sales team and customer.
6. Cooperator for China sales and distributor training.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES)

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Thermal power or System Integration, or related majors.
2. At least 6 to 10 years of commercial sales of TOV, PRV, BV products or product marketing experience, the successful sales experience will be preferred.
3. Familiar with China market industry and rich experience in selling technical solutions. Ideally with strong experience in either good product knowledge or sales.
4. With high standard of business ethic and sense of responsibility.
5. A high level of leadership, communication skills, and a strong team environment of commitment and loyalty.
6. Sales and result driven personality. Full of passion and responsible, working independently and collaborative; strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills; a good team player. Strategic thinking, pragmatic approach to the market and the customers.
7. Fluent speaking in English both oral communication and business writing.
8. Flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently
