职位描述：
1. Responsible for day-to-day office general administration as per company guidelines/standards, including but not limited to office environment management, reception service and company vehicle arrangement
2. Company certificate management and update
3. Evaluate and review admin supplies' performance with all internal users to ensure their services' quality
4. Office supplies purchase, payment arrangement and vendor contract review/management
5. Admin budget draft and daily management with qualified reports and analysis
6. Other assignment from Manager

Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree or equivalent
2. At least 2-3 years relevant experience
3. Good command of oral and written English
4. Make full use of Microsoft Office software
5. Integrity, initiative, efficient and attention to details
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Team Work Spirits
