职位描述：
Moravia 是全球领先的本地化公司，本司长期招聘翻译校对经验丰富（各个领域）的自由译员，按照译员的专业领域和经验，在尊重译员合理费率要求的前提下与之协商合作费率。请感兴趣的资深翻译及校对发送个人英文简历及费率要求（USD）至 tiaxia@moravia.com。下面是我们对译员的几点基本要求以及合作步骤：

基本要求：
1. Formal higher education in translation/linguistics/philology or equivalent education in specialized expertise plus a minimum of 3 year of documented experience in translation/revision/LQA on specific or multiple areas like: IT/Game/Legal/Marketing/Fashion/Finance/Machinery/Automotive/Travel/Medical etc.
2. Detail-oriented and willing to raise queries for unclear source or lack of context, good communication skills
3. Excellent understanding of English, and good translation skills
4. Familiar with CAT tools and on time delivery

合作步骤：
1. 简历筛选
2. 邀请译员注册
3. 协商费率
4. 测试（需要完成 online quiz 或根据实际项目需要进行测试，一般不超过300英文字）
5. 通过测试者阅读并签订在线合同
