Your responsibilities as a Consultant will include:
- Analyzing markets, industries, and competitors, and developing action recommendations
- Conducting client interviews and workshops
- Developing business strategies and plans
- Steering project modules and guiding client team members
- Preparing top management presentations
Your qualifications:
- Excellent university degree (Master/Bachelor), ideally supplemented with an MBA/PhD
- Two to four years of experience in strategy consulting and/or a Siemens-related industry, preferably in China
- Relevant international experience of at least six months
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Distinctive entrepreneurial and global mindset
- Convincing communication skills in English and business-fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
- Mobility and flexibility
