- Siemens Management Consulting (SMC) is Siemens’ internal top management consultancy located in four offices (Munich, New York, Beijing and Mumbai). We support Siemens’ businesses in their competition for world market leadership. Together with our customers, we achieve sustainable improvements for Siemens’ business. The CEO of Siemens Management Consulting reports directly to the CEO of Siemens.

- The grafixpool team is located in Munich and Beijing. As an international team of specialists we visualize the ideas of our consultants and turn them into best-in-class management presentations with high recognition value. At the same time, we will support you with continuous training and regular feedback on your personal development.

Responsibility:
- Preparing documentation from handwritten submissions from the consultancy teams including proofreading
- To produce text and graphics with Illustrator / Photoshop and insert them into PowerPoint
- To take responsibility for special tasks, e.g. task coordinator, chief proofreader, etc.
- Coordination with internal project teams and external suppliers
- To draft and create print media (CD-covers, posters, etc.)

Qualification:
- A university degree with excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of German is of advantage
- Strong teamworking skills, flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and on own initiative
- Good communication skills (communicate clearly and effectively), results-oriented, can see things from the customer's viewpoint
- Time management, coordination skills and ability to prioritize
- Quality awareness, creativity
- Microsoft Office 2003 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Optional: Graphics software (CS4: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign)
