Responsibilities:
1.Conduct independent testing of Physical Logistics processes (Disaster Recovery Plan, Separation of Duties, import, export, shipping, address change, proof of delivery, receiving, inventory control) in AP countries.
2.Conduct independent testing of Spare Parts Logistics processes in AP countries.
3.Ensures operation team submit artefacts and supporting report/documentation on time per the schedule.
4.Work with operation team to complete Root Cause / Action plan analysis for all identified defects.
5.Monitor and follow up on all open defects and report to Geodis Operation Country Manager/owner and Geodis regional operation business control.
6.Release the test results to client country/function Control Tower to facilitate client validation testing process.
7.Act as a responsible party for test results communication and error remediation with Geodis operation and client control tower.
8.Provide analytic reports across countries per request of internal customer and external customer.
Requirements:
1.University or College Degree,Logistics/Supply chain/International Trade background preferred.
2.English Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
3.2+ year experience in logistics operation (prefer in Hi Tech warehousing and transport).
4.Good sense of risk management from operation process perspective.
5.Timely/Quality execution of tasks assigned.
6.Experienced in excel.
7.Integrity,good in self-motivation, sustain pressure during multiple tasks and challenge.
