Job Description:
1. Manage a team of design verification engineers to verify high performance enterprise SSD controllers
2. Participate in chip design spec discussion, define the verification environment and test plan per design spec
3. Mentor and guide the teammates to solve technical issues and improve collaboration and productivity among the team
4. Manage the interactions of design verification team with design, firmware, system test and architecture group
5. Establish and enforce good engineering practice in the area of SoC/ASIC design verification, including methodology, flows, etc
Job Qualification:
1. At least 7 years solid hands-on SoC/ASIC design verification experience and 2 years project and team management experience
2. Strong hands-on experience in verifying high performance multiple CPU cores SoC using latest verification methodology such as System Verilog and UVM
3. Knowledge of standard ASIC flow is a must
4. Experience in developing and supporting a automated scripts or flows using PERL, TCL, Shell Scripts is required
5. Experience in developing storage products and knowledge of flash memory is highly desirable
6. Strong knowledge and verification experience of high speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, SATA is highly desirable
7. Pre-silicon validation on FPGA and post-silicon bring up experience is desirable
8. Excellent problem solving and good verbal/written communication skills
9. A team leader
10. BS or MS degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering is required 举报 分享
