岗位职责：

 - 保证柜面操作和总务部门在支行提供高效、可靠和高质量服务
- 保证工作程序和业务活动符合集团/银行的政策和监管要求
- 协助保持支行服务质量和销售文化
- 协助支行行长进行员工管理
- 相关支持和行政工作

任职要求：

- 企业管理、金融、会计或相关专业以及相关职业资质
- 五年以上工作经验，具备全面的商业银行运作经验，熟悉银行法规和操作以及相关政府部门的结构和职能
- 三年以上管理经验，具备优秀的管理、人际、领导和沟通技巧
- 个人金融服务/零售银行及相关银行职能部门经验
- 中英文读写流利




Assistant Sub-Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the Counter Operations and General Administration functions of Sub-Branch deliver reliable, efficient and quality services
- Ensures that the work procedures and business activities adhere to the Group / Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
- Assists to keep the qualities of the Sub-Branch service and sales culture
- Assist Sub-Branch Manager in staff management of the Sub-Branch
- Support and Administrations

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines OR relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Mainland to acquire comprehensive knowledge of local commercial and banking regulations and practices, as well as the hierarchy of government departments, officials and their functions
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing subordinates to develop good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience in RBWM/retail banking and others banking areas
