工作职责 Responsibilities：

1、 完成个人及中心整体销售任务

2、 根据校区目标要求, 分配、培训、指导、监督和验收课程顾问的销售工作

3、 在总的市场目标下，协助市场部制定和实施市场传播计划；

4、 负责学员及家长的需求分析与完善，提供优质教育解决方案；

5、 负责与其他几个部门的工作协同配合；

6、保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。

职位要求Requirements：

1、丰富的面对面咨询和电话咨询经验，较强的市场敏锐度和团队合作能力；

2、普通话标准、口齿伶俐、善于与人交流，表达能力强；

3、大专及以上学历，有过2年以上教育培训行业咨询经验，一年以上团队管理经验，懂得如何带领和培训咨询师；

4、为学生制定切合实际的学习和进步方案，以顾问方式完成课程销售，有强烈进取心，能承受工作压力、完成销售任务；

5、较强的团队管理能力，能调动起团队成员的积极性，富有个人魅力，有凝聚力；

6、工作严谨，认真负责，具有协调能力、亲和力；

7、熟练操作Windows 办公软件，例如： Word、PPT、Excel等各种软件的操作。
