职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Arrange stock shipments according to customer requirements
2. Coordinate with customers and suppliers about stock issues.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for smooth shipments
4. Report to customers and headoffice about shipments and deliveries
5. Negotiate with shipping forwarders and select the right one to cooperate with.
6. Monitor production process from each supplier to insure every production run would be finished on time..
7. Remote management of stock, foresee stock shortages and react proactively..
8. Other administrative chores
Requirments
1. Bachelor degree, majored in international business,English or logistic
2. CET6 or equivalent, fluent English is a must
3. Sensitive to numbers
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Skillful at office software especially ‘excel’
6. Interested to work in furniture industry

We are a branch of a British furniture importer who is the main player in furniture market in the UK. We import from China and Vietnam at USD15 million annually. The responsibilities of this branch company in Beijing is sourcing, quality controlling and selling. Our major suppliers are based in Vietnam,Guangdong, Zhejiang,and Shandong provinces. Main products we do is furniture for home use.
