职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、与其他部门配合，制定并实施合理的采购计划，保证业务连续性；
2、与厂家和供应商沟通并保持良好关系，确保应付天数满足公司要求，并不断拓展新的业务合作机会；
3、高效实施库存管理工作，包括收货管理、退换货管理、效期管理、库存控制与产品质量工作及所有的转换和调整；
4、依据现金流转，合理控制月度采购；
5、监控近效期货物、脱销与滞销品种的库存水平；
6、负责相关代理品种的合同管理、发票管理和应付账款跟踪；
7、负责公司进出口产品采购的相关准备及相关操作；
8、根据公司要求完成新的物流项目。


任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、能熟练使用办公软件(Excel，Word，PowerPoint，etc.)；
3、有很强的数字分析能力和处理紧急事件的能力；
4、有一定的组织、管理、协调能力，能够起草计划，具有发展创新能力；
5、能够在压力下很好的工作，具有较强的信息敏感性，能够及时准确无误的管理组织信息；
6、有很强的计划执行能力和服务意识；
7、对企业忠诚，工作努力负责，遵守公司的规章制度，有很强的进取心和团队精神。
