任职资格:
? 人力资源或相关专业本科及以上学历,国内重点大学毕业或有海外工作、学习背景优先考虑;
? 2年国内或国外工作经验;熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策,并能实际操作运用,有建筑相关行业从业经验者优先;
? 具有良好的沟通能力与协调能力,敬业,有团队精神;
? 具有良好的职业道德,踏实稳重,工作细心,责任心强;
? 具有优秀的中英文书写、听说能力;英文沟通及表达能力强;
? 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件,具备基本的OA系统操作知识
岗位职责:
? 协助上级完成量化的工作要求,并能独立处理和解决所负责的工作任务
? 整理、统计日常考勤数据,完成相关统计报告;更新维护员工人事信息系统
? 协助上级办理员工入离职、转正、调任、升职等手续;
? 了解掌握各部门的用人需求;实施招聘工作,发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告
? 负责招聘渠道的日常维护
? 协助上级建立和完善公司考核体系和规范;负责绩效考核过程的跟进、指导及监督工作;协助上级完成其他相关绩效管理工作
? 负责企业文化活动方面制作与组织实施
? 组织筹备员工季度和年度大会,组织安排员工文娱活动
? 组织协调培训课程;协助培训流程开展
? 配合公司行政相关部分完成行政部相关工作(包含但不限于前台电话接听、快递收发、来宾接待)

Requirements:
Job Qualification:
? Human Resource Management major or related with bachelor degree or above. High priority for those who are studying in top universities with work experience abroad.
? 2 years work experience in domestic or overseas; familiar with practice operation process of human resource management; familiar with all labor laws, regulations and policies of the state high priority for those who are worked in architectural related industry;
? Good command of communication and collaboration; work well with the team
? Good HR professional ethics; careful and patient; have strong sense of responsibility
? Good command of English and Chinese writing and communication; Can use appropriate English translation and simple interpretation
? Master at Microsoft Office and basic OA system knowledge.
Job Description:
? Assist line-manager finish quantified work requirements; responsible for the task processing and solving independently.
? Responsible for statistics and sorting office attendance data, finish related attendance report; updates maintenance staff information system.
? Assist line-manages to coordinate and deal with employee boarding, departure, regularization, transference, promotion etc process.
? Grasp each department’s recruitment requirements for implementation; Includes post recruitment Advertisement, screening resume, evaluate candidates and provide preliminary interview report.
? Maintenance the recruitment platform.
? Assist line-manager with establish for the assessment system and standards; follow up the performance appraisal process, guidance and supervision work; assist line-manager complete other related works.
? Responsible for plan and organize company culture activities implementation.
? Organizing for employees quarterly or annually meeting and trip; arrange recreational activities.
? Organize and coordinate training programs
? Cooperate with administration related work
